ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI tools update frequently. Sometimes they change how they respond to prompts. We update our prompts when we notice changes, but there might be a delay.

If a prompt stops working as well after an AI tool updates, let us know. We’ll fix it and send you the updated version.

After 30 days, sales are final. We’ll still help if something’s broken, but we won’t refund.

“Lifetime updates” means we’ll keep updating the prompts as long as Prompt Guy exists and the product is actively maintained. If we discontinue a product or shut down, lifetime updates end.

We don’t plan to shut down or discontinue products, but if circumstances change, we reserve the right to do so.

We’re not liable for any damages, losses, or issues that arise from using our products. This includes lost revenue, lost time, or any other indirect damages.

Your total recourse is limited to the amount you paid for the product. If you paid $69 for a pack, the most we’d ever owe you is $69 (and we’d probably just refund you if there was an issue).
